I was able to walk in and get help right away. I was devastated when I thought my motherboard was fried and had to buy a new computer. The employees were able to find the problem (the screen thankfully) and a few underlying problems I didnt even know about. They didnt have the screen and had to ship it in from Texas. Even with having the screen shipped and a few more problems I was able to get it back in a short week and a half. The cost to have it repaired was amazing and way less then other competitors. I also got calls a few times throughout the week with a friendly update about my computer along the way. Thank you DataFast :)
