On our first scheduled appointment, they called and said they could be there 5 hours late. I then called and got the displeasure of talking to a rude woman named BARBRA, who showed no concern for the inconvenience her company has caused me. I demanded to speak to the regional manager. After being placed on hold 5 separate times, I finally reached JON KEITH, Wilsonville's manager. I asked him about their problem solve guaranty. He said all that meant was,"they had to schedule an appointment within 24 hours". Which in my case that meant a week. Wow, with a guaranty like that its only a matter of time until they go out of business. Thanks JON KEITH for absolutely nothing.
