A person called me from Purr Fect Air and said they were running a special price on air conditioner maintenance. I am an elderly person and live by myself and I had a service technician come to my house. Aaron from Purr Fect Air told me my air condition was very old and moldy. He told me that my air conditioner was so moldy it was a medical emergency and I should live else where until him or another company installed a new air conditioner. He pressured me into installing a new air conditioner. Later that night I remembered my air conditioner was still under warranty and I called Purr Fect Air the next day to cancel. They charged my credit card $1300 anyway, I had to call my credit card company to cancel the charge. After the credit card company removed the charge Purr Fect Air charged my credit card another $350
