The place was dirty, it smelled bad and the staff is rude and degrading! The vet who "examined" my cat didn't do anything! She told me what I HAD to do and talked down to me like I didn't know anything about my own pet. When I declined some of the services, most of which were unnecessary, she made it sound like my pet was going to die the most horrible death possible if I didn't do them. She didn't even examine my cat properly! At my previous vet they would listen to their chest, feel their abdomen, check their teeth, nose and eyes, you know, the basics all vets should do. This woman didn't do ANY of that! and then charged me $43 for the so called "exam". When I went to the vet in the first place, because I am military I was supposed to get 10% off the entire visit services and products included. Well come to find out only the exam was 10% off and I had to pay full price for everything else. If you're considering using this vet don't do it! Shop around for a more reliable and trustworthy vet. These people are thieves and they don't care anything about the well being of your animals. STAY AWAY!
