Luis from Roto-Rooter saved the day.....There was a slow leak behind my shower wall from the hot/cold handles and after a period of time from the water building up, it leaked through the wall and down into the playroom ceiling not to mention the tub waste overflow that was original to the house built in 1965 needed to be replaced. I called various places for estimates and choose Roto-Rooter not based on their price, but based on Luis' quality of service, knowledge and professionalism. I was also impressed with their courteous customer service team who scheduled my appointments and answered all my questions. I need to replace the tiles in my shower and Luis said not a problem when the tile work is done, call him back and he'll come out and re-install the knob and the tub spout. A very satisfied customer!!
