I had always wondered reading other reviews online, what they meant when they say, " Did your healthcare provider answer his/her cell phone during your appointment?" Now I understand why. I have had very good luck with this particular Doctor, but I am shocked that personal phone calls are answered during my appointment. Not only did it happen once, but twice, at two seperate appointments. I really trust this Dr. and believe this clinic means well, just slightly unprofessional to answer your cell phone during an exam.
