I was a bit nervous about having someone else cut my hair. Having said this, I got the cut I've been trying to get for a while now - went from mid-length layers (very fine, blonde colored hair) to short, textured bob. Kayleigh was extremely helpful and candid when discussing cut beforehand. The cut was actually better than the picture we decided on. Rumors is the place to go for complete satisfaction!
