I always enjoy my visits to your office. Only suggestion would be if in the future, you see that you are running late, shoot me a text and let me know. I could have worked an extra before coming in. I say this because you all use email and texting to confirm appointments, which is good for you all, but it could also be a benefit to the customers when you are running late like that.
