Love the salon and am a very regular client. My only concern is on the occasions that the stylist/esthetician is running late no one explains what is happening. I have waited (not very often) up to 20 to 25 minutes for an appointment in full view of the reception staff and eventually have to ask what is happening. It would be very simple for the reception staff to find out how long the wait is going to be and explain to the client, that way if I know it is going to be a while I can go and do something to fill in the time. In my experience this should be the job of the greeter/receptionist to find out, after all it makes no sense in having the stylist leave their client to come and explain to the next client causing even further delays. Other than that you have a great salon with wonderful staff. more
