My overall experience was okay. I didn't like the way I had to carry all of my belongings from one room to another. A locker should have been provided. My mother was having a service done as well and felt that having to carry her stuff arond was inconvenient. Also,while I was getting my massage all I could hear was the loud ticking of the clock!! It was so loud & annoying. Why would you ever place a clock in there? Use a silent digital one.
