I'm new to Charlotte, so I hadn't yet found my "salon". I'd been to one a couple of months ago, but didn't really like it. Today, I found my new salon.
Regina did an awesome job with my color. I brought her a picture of myself with the hair color I wanted. She was very up-front in telling me what was a realistic expectation. I was not going to be able to go as light as I was in the picture. She got me as close as you can get. Beautiful red, perfect highlights!
Then Dustin trimmed my hair. Wonderful! He listened to me and asked me what I wanted. I have curly hair and wanted to blow dry it straight. He didn't go straight for the hair iron. He asked if I wanted stick straight or straight with movement. There's a choice?!? We did straight with movement. My husband said it's the best he's ever seen my hair straight.
The salon is bright and beautiful. Everyone is friendly. I could not have had a better experience.
