I realize that Aveda is an institute and that the students are still learning and so clients must have a little patience, but I will probably not be coming back. My haircut took over 2 hours and my hairstylist was not very confident about what she was doing. When she was done, her instructor had to come over and fix everything that she had done, and my hair ended up being way shorter than I had asked for (I even brought in a picture to show exactly how short I wanted it.) Please do not get angry with the student..she was a very nice lady..but I do want to express my disappointment with the service I received. more
