The most important thing is competence -- does your stylist do an exceptional job on color, cut and styling? The answer is YES! Then come all the other important things: friendliness, ease in making/changing appointments, willingness to meet my schedule, attractive surroundings, comfort during the appointment, flexibility -- there must be something I'm missing. But you meet all of my needs!
