I wish I had read the 9/28 review before coming here. I decided to buy the groupon deal and figured the place must be good if it is in boulder, big mistake. I also was not greeted very warmly but didn't mind so long as I received a nice haircut. I told the woman who was cutting my hair that I just wanted "a trim" and we agreed to take 2 inches off. She took double if not triple that amount off, I have before and after pictures to prove it. Not only was cut way shorter than I had expected but all layers look ridiculous. I have never had such a bad haircut in my life. I think what irks me the most is that I believe she did this intentionally because I told her that my husband did not like short hair on me and since she had short hair I must have offended her. When I told her at the end that this haircut was shorter than we had discussed she told me that she thought it looked good. When I told my daughter that daddy is not going to like my hair she responded that "I am sure he didn't marry you for your hair!" Oh and one comment was "men just like long hair on woman because it makes them feel younger" She blatantly cut my hair short going against my wishes for her own personal reasons. I am so appalled and would NEVER, EVER recommend this place to anyone not even for your dog. The point of Groupons as a company is to show people how great your business is so that they will try it on a Groupon and then come back and refer people to you, this place obviously does not get that.
