A casual acquaintance recommended Dr. Constanze Goricki at Greenbriar Animal Hospital to care for my cats; after having been to MANY vets in Jax area without finding one to my liking, I wasn't optimistic.
Last week, one of my kitties became very acutely ill after a long period of senescent decline. I thought of Dr. Goricki and called Greenbriar. They had an appointment for me within a half-hour and took us in very promptly when we arrived. The staff was wonderful and caring. Dr. Goricki is VERY knowledgeable, layed out all potential treatment options, and offered guidance only when asked. Although there was potential for the animal hospital to make a LOT of money off me (desperate kitty mom), Dr. Goricki said,"Maybe it would be kinder not to put the kitty through all that." Dr. Goricki ended up helping me put my little guy out of his misery.
I was very grateful to have wise and gentle assistance at my time of greatest need. I have made an appointment for one of my other cats for medical treatment with Dr. Goricki, and I feel confident she will receive the best of care. Run, don't walk, to this awesome animal hospital!
