As a business owner i feel i must stand up for my employees when they are unfairly accused of "ripping off" people. This is one of those cases. Amanda posted this review on August 8, 2011 The $900.00 in service she refers to was completed on August 16th 2007.... Amanda did return in March of 2009 (2 years later) and we diagnosed leaking freeze plugs (They were not leaking 2 years before when we had the van in) At that time she said she wanted to think about it. I have no idea and cant begin to understand what could have prompted her to write such a completely misleading comment.
