I had a problem at the house where the pipes would bang when we turned off the water because they were vibrating in the wall. Mary Jean Anderson Plumbing had someone come out, and he did a really good job. He fixed the pipe issue.
The only thing is that it would be better if they gave smaller windows of time for the service. They told me they would be here between 2 and 6 P.M. I had to take vacation time from work in order to be home, and the plumber didn't show up until 6:45. I wouldn't have had to take the time off. Also, because he showed up so late he couldn't do the work that day, and I had to take another emergency day off of work.
I think overall though they did do a good job. They fixed the banging of the pipes, though now there is random unprovoked banging in the middle of the night. I followed up with them this week, and they sent the plumber back to see what the other issues are about. They guarantee their work for a long time, and it was no charge to follow up.
They really are responsive, and that is why I gave them high marks. They stand by their work. Most plumbers won't come back to check and see if it was something they did that causes another problem, but Mary Jean Anderson followed up when there was an issue.
