This is in response to the bad review we received on this web site. I am at a loss as to what this in reference to. If someone was rude I personally want to know about this experience you had. I am the owner and find this very troubling. I do have a sneeking suspicion that this could be a review posted by a competitor just because of the reference. Please look at our other reviews.
