Recently my State Farm Agent retired and I was transfered to Mr. Bork's office and I just have to say WOW. The staff and office was very warm and inviting. I was immediately greeted and helped by Lorraine and she was such a help to me in finding some additional ways to save money on my insurance that I was not aware of and she certainly brought a smile to my face. I wasn't planning on making a change to this agency but very happy in the end on how it all worked out. I plan on staying here for a long time to come.
