Hi, My snow blower was broken and I needed it repaired. \r
I needed to rent a truck to bring the snow blower in. On\r
1/29/11 I went to truck rental at 8:00 . A James J was \r
working there. He was rude and disrespectful. He did not\r
give me the information about Home Depot when I asked him.\r
I asked him if they repair snow blowers and he said "No".\r
Luckily, I had called the day before and they said that they\r
did. This guys customer service was extremely poor.
