I special ordered a board (2x12x8) piece of redwood and was told it would be a couple of days before they could get it from a WHOLESALE account. As of today is has been 4 days and they still don't know when it will get there. Of course I had to pay for it up front. I could have driven 30 miles to get the same piece of lumber, paid $3.00 more, yet have it the same day! No one seems to care that I need that board, just keep telling me it's on it's way...someday next week! Poor customer service! I'll shop at Lowe's from now on, even though I would still have to order it from them!!!!!!! more
