I have worked in both customer service and in 3 different auto body shops and Pep Boys has the worst customer service and work I have ever seen. They tend to try to get as much money out of you as possible so be cautioned if you are unaware what your car actually needs. Ask them to show you what needs to be done on the vehicle itself, they will have to take you back to the shop to do so. DO NOT get your vehicle inspected here unless you want to pay for unnecessary parts and labor. They are in it for the money and that is all, they care nothing for the customer. \r

It is sad that a business has stooped to this level. I am writing in hopes that the owner will re-evaluate his or her business and decide that the customer is truly important. Mechanics can be gracious instead of rude and demeaning. Parts salesmen can ask to help instead of standing around while you wait at the counter to purchase something.
