Jack Lubore and Lisa Dougherty are the best! I have had State Farm for several yeas and due to job relocations I have been involved with more than one agency. Overall I am happy with State Farm Insurance and then to have such caring and involved agents working with me on yet another relocation was so welcomed.\r

I had a couple of personal issues in the move and Lisa met with me, helped me with what I needed (not in her job description) and got Jack involved. They were great and all ended well. Being alone in a new area causes me to be even more aware of kindness shown when doing business with companies in the area.\r

I met Lisa for lunch, what a nice thing for her to do to take time to have lunch with someone new to the area. It was like having lunch with a friend of many years. Jack called to welcome me to the agency and to Hampton, VA and he invited me to walk over to the agency and meet everyone. I do intend to do that and soon.\r

It is rare when you get the opportunity to write great comments about a company AND their representatives. In this instance I have only pros and no cons with State Farm and certainly with this agency.
