This has been a tough year for our family and especially my parents (who live next door ) due to the passing of my Father's Brother , the passing of my Sister in June , and several health issues . What else could go wrong in 2010 ? At 3:30 pm on New Years Eve , my Brother came pounding on my door saying that the sewer line to my Parents house and he needed my wet vac to clean the floor and that he could not clear the obstruction , he went back to bail and I got on the phone . I called a service I had used some years ago in my house and was on hold for ten minutes when a woman got on the line and asked " Can you hold? " I replied yes and was left on the line for another twelve minutes . At that point I had had enough , I was going to call a plumber but at4:00pm on New Years Eve in the Boston Area ? I called Roto-Rooter and was speaking to a lady in thirty seconds ( amazing ! ) who asked the problem ,address , and arranged for a plumber to solve our problem between the hours of four t
