I called Blackmon Mooring for a yearly carpet cleaning. It was just before the holidays and after not having a good experience with another company the year before, I hoped Blackmon Mooring would provide better service and quality workmanship...and I was certainly not let down. Andrew was the technician that came out and was very professional, knowledgable, wore uniforms with their names so I felt comfortable and trusted them in our home. They did an excellent job. They were a slightly more expensive then their competitors when i was shopping coupons on the internet, but I guess you get what you pay for - Great Customer Service!
