I've used Applewood twice now. Once, when I had a water leak on a valve and had to turn off all my water. This happened on a Friday night and within minutes of leaving them a message, I got a call back (9:30 pm) with a next morning early appointment. My second experience was with my furnace on of course the first cold day of the year. It was a no-brainer who to call. Applewood the rescue again. Service from the receptionist to the technicians has been friendly, professional, and informative. I really appreciate the extra time they spent in both cases with helpful tips. \r
