On Jan. 8th at the start of the latest snow storm our furnace quit working, it's 6 years old. I waited until Mon. to call for service because it's a weekend and snowing. From the very get-go Applewood's contacts were very courteous and professional, I was given a time of arrival but a call back later moved the appointment up by 2 hours. The Service Tech. (Bryan) arrived on time and got to work and assesed the problem quickly, knowledge and experience were evident. The cost for repair was very appropiate and fair. When the need arises I will use them again and will highly recomend them to everyone. Customer Service is Outstanding. \r
