After renting two different houses from RMS, I would never recommend them. After moving into the first house I found the central air did not work, the w/d plumbing could not be fixed, the hot water heater did not work. RMS tried to fix the hot water heater numerous times, but the home owner would not buy a new one. The a/c needed a new compressor, RMS could only add freon, which only would last one day. And ultimately told me the w/d plumbing could no way be fixed. After 30 days of willfully trying to work these problems out, no avail, the two owners of RMS told me, "they don't work for the tenants, all they care about are the owners". So I chalked it up to a bad home owner and decided I'd try another house with RMS. During a bad winter (2009) I was left 5 X's without heat. RMS would send unqualified people to look at the heater to tell me they are not skilled to work on heaters and couldn't do any thing.
