After reading most reviews, I can see why that all of these people are quite pleased. Without any appointment, on a Saturday morning 10 mins. prior to opening their doors, they had 3, 4, or 5 customers waiting already. I was one of them. I had a tailpipe and muffler piece (one unit) just dangling from its hangar short of hitting the ground (a '01 Ford Escape). The flange's bolts had finally broken away from corrosion in the harsh Wisconsin's winters. John The Muffler Man's shop said, "Come and take a look." I did and the tech showed me and explained that we can just put a new gasket and bolts it together again. I said, "Great, let's do it." From start to finish they had me out of there in about 45 mins. - 1 hr. and charged me only $47. There's no fancy waiting area (but adequate enough) unlike a car dealership. However, there's NOT the extraordinary high prices either. Anyway, some other place may have tried to sell me an entire exhaust system! Or, at least a tailpipe piece
