I'm going to basically do two separate reviews here one for Dr. Hart herself and another for her staff.\r

Dr. Hart is a very caring and knowledgeable veterinarian and I have been very happy with the care that she has given my two dogs since we have started seeing her about 6 months ago. You can definitely see that her compassion for the animals is genuine. She is also very easy to talk to and willing to answer any and all questions without hesitation.\r

Her staff is another thing. It seems rare anyone there, especially the receptionist, seems to be in a good mood. In fact I have been treated very rudely on several occasions. I understand that things get stressful when it gets so busy at such a small office but you need to be professional enough to not let the clients see that. It's not just when they are busy either because I have called in the morning on a weekday and I've also been spoken to very curtly for asking a simple question or just scheduling an appointment!
