Can't say I'm happy with Albany Tire Service !\r

I picked up a 'bolt' in one of my tires, and was losing\r
air. I stopped into Albany Tire about 5:15 PM. The one \r
guy that was still there said that they close at 5:30. So, \r
I asked if I come back in the morning, would I need an \r
appointment, he said NO. So, I asked how much a repair \r
patch on my tire would be. . . and he said "IF IT NEEDS \r
A SPECIALTY PATCH (eg: oversized) IT WILL COST $20."\r
So, the next day I came back at 9 AM and a Service-manager \r
came out to look at the tire w/clip-board-in-hand, and \r
in an excited voice said "THIS TIRE IS CRACKED, YOU \r
HAVE TO REPLACE IT". \r
As I displayed my knowledge of hair-line side wall "Ozone-\r
Checking" (eg: cosmetic cracking due to age; tire flexing & \r
exposure to Sun-light.) and as calm as possible tried to \r
explain to him that light-surface "Weather-Cracking" is \r
normal in an aged-tire. And that there in NO BREAK-DOWN \r
OF THE RUBBER SIDE WALL, AND THE 'PLY' IS SECURE &
