My mom bought an impala from Jeff Gordon in 2007. It was a 2007 but I guess it came out in 2006. She went ahead a bought a 4 year extended warranty just to be on the safe side. She went to have some work on her car and found out that the warranty began before she even bought the car. So she ended up paying for a year of warranty service that she didn't even get. She said the paperwork had this information on it and she signed it so she didn't complain to Jeff Gordan, but have you ever heard of such crazyness. This is shady. I talked her into taking it some where else because of the bad taste this warranty issue left in our mouth. Since we didn't get the work done there they charged $117.00 for them looking at the car to tell us what needed to be done. Jeff Gordon said we needed to have the brakes replaced and the thermostate replaced because the car wouldn't blow hot air.
