My sister and I bought 2 Groupons each at this spa. We have made an appointment for today after having to wait 2 *months* for an appointment. When we came in for our appointment, we were greeted by the closed office. There was no notification of cancelled appointments. There is no way to reach this business - their 800 number was disconnected, the mailbox on their toll line is full and is not accepting messages.
I was expecting some difficulties with having to wait to be seen, and having a lengthy delay until the next appointment, given the reviews on Yelp. I did not expect to find a closed office with no notification nor an attempt to reschedule.
I would say that it is a disreputable way to treat one's clients if not outright fraudulent. Given that we sunk $400 into the prepaid treatments at this business, I intent to see that the ""salon"" honors the Groupon at a later date given that they did not honor the appointment or get my money back, whether from salon or Groupon remains to be seen.
