We started using Stanley Veterinary years ago when our original Vet closed his practice.
We had an 11 year old Golden Retriever at the time. they always took great care of him and he actually liked going there. When he got to the age of 14 he started having medical problems and needed to have some tumors removed. we happened to be out of town one time and the Dr. called us every day sometimes more than once to keep us informed of his condition. That was comforting to my wife and 2 young children. when the time came to make the decision to put him down the Doctor couldn't have been better. He careful explained that we could do more surgery and he might live another 6 months to a year, but he would be pretty much drugged up and not very mobile. We decided to put him down and I don't regret doing it.
As soon as we picked our new puppy out from the litter I called over to Stanley and told them we would be bringing him home in 2 weeks, when can they meet him! Set up his first visit before he got home.
We love our Vet and our Vet loves our dog! that sums it up perfectly.
