I tried this place when my insurance changed. I have been working on getting contacts for two months with no success. Every time I go in I have to wait for around 50 minutes to an hour even though I've always had an appointment. The eye doctor (Dr. Thompson) made me feel like a moron when he was examining me--for example, when they show you slides of 1 or 2 and I said something wrong, he'd then go, ""Well, 1 is OBVIOUSLY better than two.""
They never call me when contacts are in--I have to call them.
The prescription has not even been close to being correct.
I'm considering eating the money I have spent just to rid myself of this headache.
