Since we walked in we felt uncomfortable. Their associate ""Abraham---he made sure we got his name"" insisted that we would get a 15% retocking fee. Then when I showed him my receipt and pointed out that a 15% restocking fee WAS NOT noted on the receipt----his defense was that it was only during the holiday that there was no 15% fee. What did he think? It was only 1/16. Then when he found out the gps was defective, He then said they would only do an exchange. Why would I want an exchange of a poorly made product?!!! This is the worst experience we have had in any store for a return. What a hassle. I guess customer service is no longer important to the store.
