Staff is really good, especially Cafe and the new Nook department, but stay away from the manager - he's an older, skinny man with glasses, can't recall his name right now, but he's mean to his employees, even snapping at them in front of customers! If you ask him for help, he is generally short and impatient, and berates you if you have a question. Everyone else is super, super nice and the Kid's Department has so much to offer! My teenage son and younger daughter always find several books, as do I, and my husband always finds some rare movies in the DVD dept. Pretty good for a Corporate chain!
