I got a 8 wk. old puppy, took him there because they offer online coupon for free first visit, well I got there at the exact time of my appt.They only had one other person there getting a prescription, two other people came in after me, and was taken in before me. They had about 10 women working there, or should I say gossiping and playing around. They called me to a room,after about 10 min. a tech came in, took him and weighed him,brought him back, told me she would have the vet. come right in, well 30 min. later she did, at this point I should have just told her what I thought and left. Yes all they care about is $$$. The room they stuck me in was so hot and stuffey it was horrible, any way we got his first set of shots, actually 1 shot and some vacine up his nose, was charged a 4.99 hazardous disposal on 2 syringes wow, anyway if I had one of my pets get sick I would not trust them to do a good enough job period
