Looking forward to a special treat for birthday, made reservations for brunch at least 10 days before, and drove 60 minutes on a rainy day. After waiting more than 45 minutes, host said it would probably be another 30 minutes and that meant we would have about 40 minutes to enjoy a $40 brunch. Horrible, horrible communication and service. It was obvious they were understaffed and not prepared. Spoiled the day and we will not return. more
