I wish I could give this place zero stars. Let me break down my experience from the start. This is a very charming animal hospital from the outside - has a very spanish feel, red tiles etc. When you walk through the door, you don't feel like you're in a sterile hospital, it feels very homey. There were, I think 5 girls working upfront, and not one of them stopped their "important" conversations to greet me. I was the ONLY person there and it took them at least 2 minutes to acknowledge me. Finally, an asian women asks, "Can I help you?" I respond with, "Yes, I have an appointment at 11:30 for my new puppy." She responds, "And what's your name?" she might as well have said "ya, so, what's you're effing name?" I gave her my name and she says, "You're appointment was at 11:00, not 11:30, you'll have to drop your pet off or you can wait until noon before the doctor can see you." I didn't want to agrue, but I am very maticulous with my scheduling and rarely ever make a mistake like that. So,
