i recently rented a 16 foot truck one way from this office. the woman was incredibly RUDE... If i didnt have time restraints. I would've walked out. The place was filthy, but more important she treated us as though we were bothering her. If at all possible go to another location. Because we were doing one way to San Diego and the people in Chula Vista were wonderful!!! Budget needs to do reviews of people who use thier name and or do some customer service training..
