We have stayed on a trail basis since Dr. Parrot purchased this office from Dr. Cline and have been satisfied until recently. We alway depend on the clerical staff to keep our treatment in line with our insurance..Recently I was told I had one more peredontial cleaning available from my insurance. I took that cleaning and learned it was not true. Attempts to clarifiy this matter was basicaly ignored after two phone calls. On my third phone call I was lectured that I signed a paper stating I would pay what my insurance would not cover in spite of their employees action. They would not discuss this with me or even offer to meet me half way with the unexpected expense even when I told them it would cost them our family's visit and possible word of mouth business. Based on this experience and their lack of getting back to me; will force me to look else where for a more patient oriented business. more
