I would not recommend this office to anyone with children. The dentist is nice enough and there are one or two hygienists who are ok with kids. However, you cannot request a hygienist and some of them are very impatient and do not take time with kids who are on their first visits to the dentist. We had a horrible experience with a hygienist who did not explain anything about the tools or procedures and when my daughter cried, she said, "Sorry, we have other patients waiting" and dismissed us with less than 5 minutes of effort with my daughter. This was after we waited over 90 minutes for our appointment. There is one receptionist who is very rude. They are inflexible with their appointment times even when you make them 6 months in advance, and told me the latest appointment they can make was 3:50. However, when we got there, the waiting room was packed, we waited over an hour and then more people came in, clearly with appointment times later than ours. We have had more than one
