I had a huge problem even trying to get some help on one of my tv's. The service center wanted me to pay a service fee just to find a part! Services prices are terrible and customer service is lacking to say anything. I'll take my tv's for service in Blackfoot at a really good mom & pop electronics store there. At least I can get great service there!
I would never buy a tv or service one at Merlins. Talk to people around, and you'll hear the same things.
