The office staff at this location are very, very rude and unprofessional. They talk down to people and catch an attitude when you try to get information. They are also terrible about returning phone calls. In addition their billing department is terrible. I paid a co-pay for a visit and found out that my insurance paid 100% and had to fight with the office to get my co-pay back. The staff in the accounts department were ALL rude. It seems like most of the staff here are interested in gossiping, laughing, and acting hood instead of attending to their job and patients.
I will say the doctors are very nice. However, on my child's first visit it took nearly 3 hours. For two of those hours they had us waiting around. The office seems very disorganized and could probably improve with better office management and a new office staff.
