A 10 minute visit turned into a nightmare. Although it was covered at 100% by my medical coverage, I received a bill 6 weeks later. My insurance company said the claim had been coded incorrectly and to contact the doctor. I called the “billing” extension at the doctor’s office and left a message, the only option since the phone is unmanned. No one called back. I left 7 messages on several different phones, at both the doctors office and Seton Health St. Marys billing office. No one called back. Fast forward several months - they still haven’t called me back to fix the problem - but they took the time to turn our file over to a collection agency, the law office of Overton, Russell, Doerr and Donavan, who is now harassing us regularly, calling our home. They found the time to sell our ""debt"" to these questionable lawyers, but they couldn't find 2 minutes to call me back and correct their error. (Love the doctor - the staff is TERRIBLE.)\r
