While I received excellent care during my oral imaging appointment I was misinformed about their insurance network status. When I called to make my appointment, I was told that they accepted my insurance policy (BCBS), however after I received my insurance explanation of benefits I learned that they are actually out of network. They charged me $500 for my imaging but BCBS only recognizes $113 as an acceptable charge. Resolving this issue has taken hours of time with no resolution. If you decide to go here, understand that they are not in network with any insurance companies, charge more than industry standard, and may misrepresent their in/out of network status.
