Tried to save $ so I took my favorite cashmere sweater here. They shrunk it from a large to a small. (What cleaners does that and stays in business?)They tried to redo/stretch it; they stretched it to a medium which I could get on but too snug of fit. It was not the original large loose fit or length (I am tall and don't like tight clothes) Clerk told me that as long as it still fit me they wouldn't pay for damage (which would only be a fraction of the cost to replace it). I wish I'd gone to Pride Cleaners (10 years of good cleaning) or Sterling Cleaners, both good and only a couple of miles from Discount Cleaners;I regret taking my business to Discount Cleaners. \r
