Scotts workouts allow for all fitness levels in a friendly and fun enviornment. You have the support and motivation of the group along with Scotts humor to get you through this truly thorough workout! A lot of the workout uses your own body weight and motion to achieve strength and cardio fitness so there are no fancy machines to be intimidated by. Each excercise is done to your own personal exhaustion level making this a class for all fitness types but the motivation of those around you and Scott, makes you push yourself harder. Before you know it, you've finished a 1 hr workout and burned tons of calories! I wear a fitnes/heart rate monitor during the class and usually burn between 600-800 calories in a one hour session! Amazing! I would highly suggest Scotts boot camp to anyone looking for all around fitness.
