Boot camp is the best!!! Scott is patient with people who aren't in tip top shape and help mold us in to tip top shape.
I was nervous the first time I went thinking he would yell at me like I've heard happens in other boot camps and almost went to the bar across the street instead. It was a nice surprise to be welcomed the way I was and it made it easier to keep going back day after day.
